Angie’s List Super Service Award Again Goes to Hoffman Weber For Exemplary Roofing Projects

by Hoffman Weber Construction, on January 14, 2014

Angie’s List has again awarded Hoffman Weber Construction its Super Service Award for consistently great customer service during 2013. It’s the fourth consecutive year the Minneapolis-based general contractor has earned this top customer service prize for its roofing business.

Your Straight A’s Roofer

To be eligible, a contractor must receive an “A” Grade for its overall, recent and review period scores based on the five categories that actual customers review. The criteria include price, quality, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism. The company also must pass a background check, have a complete profile, be a member in good standing and follow all Angie’s List operational guidelines. Only about 5 percent of the roofing contractors Hoffman Weber competes against are able to receive the coveted award.

To learn how individual contractors score, consumers must be dues-paying members of the consumer review service. However, the Angie’s List Super Service Award demonstrates to members and non-members alike that Hoffman Weber is dedicated to providing exemplary customer service.

Not Just Roofing

While Hoffman Weber is best known for its long history of quality residential and commercial roofing, the firm has expanded its interior and exterior remodeling services over the past year.

“We take the same A+ customer service approach to our Minneapolis custom kitchen remodeling projects as we do the roof and siding replacement and repairs we tackle following severe Midwest hail and wind storms, said President Joe Hoffman. He said he looks forward to earning top customer service honors in even more construction categories in the future.”

Hoffman thanked the many Angie’s List members who took the time to review his company and make the Super Service Award possible over the past four years. Angie’s list members pay about $35 annually to access these consumer reviews. They receive nothing for submitting reviews other than the satisfaction of helping fellow homeowners to identify reputable contractors based on their own experience.

“Many of our Angie’s List reviews are from customers who contacted us and filed insurance claims after their homes suffered storm damage,” Hoffman noted. “Knowing we made the grade in the worst of times makes this year’s Super Service Award extra special to every member of the Hoffman Weber team.”
