A Family Business

John Weber founded Weber Construction in 1992 with a truck, some tools, a couple of good workers and a lot of hard work.

In 1999 his stepson Joe Hoffman started working for him. Joe joined the company as a partner in 2004 and together they formed Hoffman Weber Construction, Inc.

In 2009 due to John's increasing desire to have more personal time he chose to take a less active role in the company as a partner. This change coincided with John and Joe's discovery of a new potential partner who they thought would make a significant addition to the ownership of Hoffman Weber Construction, Inc. So as John took a small step down in the company Adam Brookins took a significant step up as he bought a share of the company. With renewed energy and dedication and decades of supporting wisdom, Hoffman Weber Construction is thriving in its industry and providing the absolute best in customer service and installation.
