James DePoint

James was one of the very first people to come on board with Hoffman Weber and is officially HW's first salesman. He started out on our siding crew and slowly transitioned into sales. His number one goal has always been complete customer satisfaction. In addition to his work with HWCI James is also a full time teacher and coaches varsity football in the fall.

Richard House

During high school Richard spent his summers and many weekends siding on HWC's siding crew. This combined with his personal friendship with several existing HWC employees, he quickly fit into our companies culture. In addition to roofing and siding, Richard has extensive experience in landscaping and carpentry. Richards deep knowledge base and dedication to fulfilling all promises will guarantee your satisfaction in working with him.

Adam Heaney

Adam is one the most experienced people we have on staff at HWCI. From working in the field with his hands to managing an entire office, Adam has seen it all. If you meet with him you are sure to appreciate his friendly but straight forward style and extensive knowledge base.

Mike Gronning

Mike has helped in numerous offices for Hoffman Weber Construction. He is one of our longest running project managers with more satisfied customers than anyone, next to maybe James. Mike has now settled in Madison, WI with a baby boy on the way.

Al Fraser

Al started with our company as a painting subcontractor. As time went on we discovered more and more that the core values of our two companies matched exactly. Shortly after he came on as a project manager and has satisfied many HWC customers since.

Alex Deibold

Alex has been with HWC since 2009. Alex quickly picked up the construction industry after spending most of his life a professional snowboarder. Alex competes in the winter time and works with HWC during the off season. Deibold spends much of his time outdoors doing everything from rock climbing and mountain biking to camping and snowboarding. He has been a member of the US Snowboard Team for the past 5 years and has his sites set to compete in the 2014 Olympics.

Levi Dunn

Born and raised in Evergreen Colorado. Levi has eight years of experience in the asphalt business and was able to quickly and easily transition into residential construction. Levi's dedication to customer satisfaction and follow through has helped build lifetime relationships with many homeowners.

Dale Miller

Dale spent many years trying to find his nitch in construction. He has worked in masonry, carpentry, cabinetry and management. Over the years he received training at a few technical colleges in MN. Dale's two kids, 9 and 10 are very important to him along with his fiance. In his spare time he enjoys bow hunting, fishing, sports, and morel mushroom hunting.

Jon Nouwen

Jon brings with him a wealth of knowledge regarding residential construction. Everything from deck's to full remodels, he has had his hand in every trade. Jon has an attention for detail that few can match. He strives for perfection no matter what the task is. When not at work Jon coaches for a competitive snowboard team and designs and builds snowboard parks.

Zach Crawford

Zach Crawford comes to us from a commercial and residential background. With experience in new and remodel construction, he has worked on everything from building homes to remodeling hotels. Born in Colorado and raised in Wyoming, Zach ran track with Levi at Western State in Gunnison, Colorado. An avid outdoorsman, he spends his time off in the mountains. "It is my goal to provide you with superior craftsmanship, and superior service at all times. I look forward to working with you."

Kirk White

Kirk came to Hoffman Weber Construction with years of installation experience in both commercial and residential applications, and is our most knowledgeable and experienced low slope specialist. He has received training from numerous manufactures and has been taught by some of the best in the business. You are sure to appreciate Kirk's focused and accountable personality.

Nick Bienias

With a strong customer service background and extreme attention to managing his projects Nick is the perfect person to help get storm damaged homes back in order. Nick has been with Hoffman Weber Construction for 5 years and has seen it all. He knows how to qualify any and all insurance claims for homeowners from wind, hail, water, and fire. When you do a project with Mr. Bienias you're sure to get it done right the first time. Favorite quote: "Get it done right the first time or get off my customers roof!"

Nate Hart

Nate has been a project manager at Hoffman Weber Construction since the spring of 2010. He loves to travel, which makes him a perfect fit for Hoffman Weber; with 8 offices around the country he gets plenty of chances to make a living while doing what he loves. Beside travel Nate enjoys sports, fishing, the outdoors, golfing and spending time with his family. Nate came on with Hoffman Weber with an already extensive resume in residential construction and with it he will be able to ensure your project gets done right.

Randy Schenck

Currently working in our Utah office, Randy was born and raised on a farm in NW Minnesota. Farmers have to be a jack of all trades, and Randy's father was no exception,teaching he and his brothers as they grew. In early adulthood he built Log Homes in MN and WI and then shifted to ceramic tile and carpet installation later in life. He joined Hoffman Weber's team in the spring of 2010 and has worked with hundreds of claims from almost every insurance company out there. When asked what he likes best about his job he says: "Being an advocate for the homeowner." He has had over 300 hrs of claims process training from both adjusters, and continuing education classes. "When I meet an adjuster on a homeowners roof, they are getting an advocate that will fight hard on THEIR behalf for every penny they deserve!" We all pay premiums,to restore our property to the pre event condition. Whether that event was hail, wind, tornado, hurricane etc. Randy is definitely someone you want in your corner during the insurance claims process!

Zack Paciorek

Zack joined our canvassing team over the winter of 2010 and quickly found out he enjoyed representing HWCI with our customers. With his extensive hands on construction experience he quickly moved up to sales. He spends most of his free time with his two boys and/or fishing.

Tony Hardy

A native of St. Paul, MN, he has taken a lot of pride in helping people restore their homes from disasters. He started out in the siding business with Hoffman Weber Construction back in 2001. He feels there is no better satisfaction then being able to help out his many customers. He is a bit of a perfectionist but it shows on how well his customers respond to his management style. The only thing he loves more then meeting new people is his fiance, his 4 year old son (that thinks he is Batman) and his soon-to-be-born daughter.

Shayne Hall

Shayne has more than 15 years of sales and sales management experience. In addition to his extensive sales background Shayne also has worked in many area's of the construction field including more than five years in exterior residential remodeling. In addition to his work at Hoffman Weber Shayne has been a DJ and professional emcee for nearly twenty years and currently hosts the two most popular country shows in the state of Minnesota. His experience paired with his country roots means you can always expect manners, courtesy and the straight forward truth which makes him a perfect fit for HWCI.

Mike Slobodnik

Mike came on board with Hoffman Weber in the fall of 2010 and has been an invaluable asset ever since. He currently helps generate leads for our retail division in Minneapolis, MN.
