Sales Team

At HWCI we believe that to provide truly personalized service you, the customer, needs one point of contact throughout your project. Your representative will be there for you performing the initial inspection as well as the final walkthrough, and everything in between. We believe we have assembled one of the most diverse and talented sales teams in the industry and we KNOW that everyone one of them is dedicated to only one thing: your complete satisfaction in every aspect of your interaction with us. Minnesota Team

James DePoint

James is one of our longest current employees and officially HW's first salesman. He started out on our siding crew and slowly transitioned into doing sales for us. His number one goal has always been complete customer satisfaction. He is also a full time teacher and coaches varsity football in the fall.

Richard House

During high school Richard spent his summers and many weekends siding on HWC's siding crew. This combined with his personal friendship with several existing HWC employees, he quickly fit into our companies culture. In addition to roofing and siding, Richard has extensive experience in landscaping and carpentry.

Colorado Team

Alexandra Thurston

Allie is grateful to have been born in the greatest state in the union: Colorado :-)

When she's not working you might be able to find her mountain biking, climbing, rafting, kayaking, camping, hiking, or tubing. She is very passionate about animals and human rights. Traveling is also one of her favorite endeavors. Whether it be work or play Allie is fervent in everything she does in life.

David Bair

I have experience in commercial building maintenance and engineering that includes 6 years as maintenance electrician in two different hospitals, Presbyterian Denver/St. Lukes and Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des, Moines, Iowa, as well as apprenticeships in construction in northeast Iowa before moving to Colorado. I joined Hoffman Weber in May, 2010.

Ryan Black

Ryan Black was born and raised in Yuma Colorado. He graduated WSC with a major in Kinesiology along with a minor in Business. He was also a sprinter for the track team and a two year starter on the football team. Along with being very active in sports and personal training, he also has years of experience in the construction business working the summers during high school and college.

Zach Crawford

Zach Crawford comes to us from a commercial and residential background. With experience in new and remodel construction, he has worked on everything from building homes to remodeling hotels. Born in Colorado, raised in Wyoming, he ran track with Levi and Ryan at Western State in Gunnison, Colorado. An avid outdoorsman, he spends his time off in the mountains. "It is my goal to provide you with superior craftsmanship, and superior service at all times. I look forward to working with you."

Levi Dunn

Born and raised in Evergreen. Levi has eight years of experience in the asphalt business, he quickly and easily transitioned into residential construction. Levi graduated from Western State College of Colorado with a degree in business and sports fitness. Levi's dedication to customer satisfaction and follow through has helped build lifetime relationships with many homeowners

Knowel Douglas

3.5 years sales experience in The Home Depot. Worked in Construction on and off for 21 years. 1 yr roofing, 12 years remodeling, 4 years new home construction and 6 months Catastrophe/Insurance claims. Still doing remodeling for friends and family. Former Boy Scout, Volunteer Firefighter, Mechanic, and Cook. I still enjoy cooking and working on cars, just not at the same time or for a living. I am 34 years old with a 2.5 yr old daughter who means the world to me. I like candlelit dinners and long walks on the beach. Kind of kidding...

Illinois Team

Robert Schaudt

Is a Chicago native, raised in Northbrook. Robert graduated from Western State College of Colorado, with a degree in Environmental Studies. Aside from his institutional education, he has seven years of field and professional experience, including teaching, international service projects and world traveler. He began working for HWC in Colorado and since has moved back to Chicago. In addition to his technical skills, one of his strongest traits is his ability to relate to and interact with people from all walks of life.

Tony Hardy

A native of St. Paul, MN, he has taken a lot of pride in helping people restore their homes from disasters. He started out in the siding business with Hoffman Weber Construction back in 2001. He feels there is no better satisfaction then being able to help out his many customers. He is a bit of a perfectionist but it shows on how well his customers respond to his management style. The only thing he loves more then meeting new people, is his girlfriend and his 4 year old son that thinks he is Batman.

Dwight Douglas

Dwight holds licenses as both a Building Contractor and Independent Insurance Adjuster and is experienced in new construction, remodeling, restoration, rennovation, and remediation. In addition, as a Contractor, he is qualified to perform home and commercial building inspections for owners, sellers, buyers, realtors and insurance companies. With over 10 years experience, Dwight will apply all of his knowledge and experience to help you with your needs.

Josh King

Joshua King is fairly new to the HWC team but brings a lot to the table, he has degrees in both management and electrical sciences not to mention many years of field experience in the construction industry. Through his experience Joshua has been able to complete many projects on time and under budget, while keeping customer satisfaction a priority. His management and sales style is similar to how he lives his life, smooth as butta!

A Nebraska native, Joshua began working for HWC shortly after relocating to Colorado. After gaining experience in Denver, Joshua transferred to Chicago. When Joshua isn't working, you'll usually find him on a golf course somewhere.
