Duties include:

• Quality control items and punch list items on exterior projects (roofing/siding/windows)
• Attend to leaks on projects that require immediate attention
• Storm inspection damage
• Post job clean up
• Light framing
• Meet with clients to go over the scope of repairs
• Roofing/Siding/Window installation knowledge and experience are a huge plus!
• Flat Roof experience/knowledge is a huge plus!
• Other duties as assigned by Production Manager

Qualifications:

• Thorough organizational skills
• Adequate communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear ability to manage time
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Precise decision-making skills
• Good time management
• Willingness to learn
