Duties include:

• Execute profitable production activities to ensure projects come in on time and within budgetary constraints
• Verify materials are delivered at job sites correctly
• Go over the scope of work with the homeowner and crew
• Conduct a job site safety inspection at the start of the job with the crew foreman
• Daily check-in while work is in progress
• Collect progress payments from the homeowner
• Daily communication with the homeowner on the progress of work
• Conduct quality control inspection at the time of job completion
• Assure homeowner is happy with the completed project

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Solid, intrinsic drive to work hard
• Willingness to take the initiative
• Experience in the construction industry
• Ability to follow and execute processes
• A keen eye for detail

We Offer:

• Salary range of $70,000-$80,000 based on experience.
