Since our establishment in 1992, Hoffman Weber Construction, Inc. has been grounded in the basic philosophy that we take pride in restoring and remodeling the homes and businesses of the communities where our employees and clients were born and raised in.

Over the years we have come to specialize in assisting our clients with restoring their homes that have sustained storm-related or general "wear and tear" damage back to their original condition and more often better than before. Duties include:

• Show up on time at each job site
• Be prepared to work 8+ hours a day when/if needed
• Set up the job site each day and clean the job site after the workday is completed
• Pick up packaging materials, trash, etc, and dispose of properly daily
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of hand and power tools
• Use power tools in a safe manner, let the lead installer know of any issues/defects/old equipment
• Unwrap and prepare windows for the installer as directed
• Take direction from the Lead installer
• Remove windows as instructed
• Bend Coil as directed 
• Assist Lead installer in installation process wherever needed
• Assist in holding, measuring, installing, etc when asked

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Clean driving record
• Detail-oriented
• Strong work ethic
• Good communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Timeliness-complete projects within the allocated man-hours assigned to each project
• Team Management and leadership
• Knowledge of tools of all types including cutting machinery markers and measurement instruments
