Joe Wire from HW did a fanatic job getting us approve though our insurance it took 5 month but he went beyond the call of duty to make sure my wife and I were happy. The crew did a specular job and making sure we were 100% happy with everything. My experience with HW is very good. Hoffman Weber has been absolutely phenomenal to work with for my entire home window replacement. Keyth was my remodeling consultant and was able to come out right away, listen to my needs (and wants), and provide lots of feedback to get me at a great price point. The pandemic brought many challenges in general and the continued updates and communication from Hoffman Weber were invaluable. The windows look beautiful and the installation was seamless. The company has been so patient in working with me and my renovation loan company. I honestly can not say enough great things about Hoffman Weber. Curt did a great job making sure materials and people were delivered and ready to work. The roofing crew was great. I would like to review them, but their photos aren’t shown. Curt drove down on a snowy January day to address a concern, fully explaining why I was seeing what I was seeing. When snow melts and the shingles warm, the issue should resolve itself without any intervention necessary. They have a good warranty, and Curt was very clear about rectifying any problems that show up. I believe him.

We had a complex residing project which included removing old cedar shakes and replacing with Hardie shakes and board & batten on a 1940's home with lots of corners and angles. The work done by Mike and Josh was meticulous and they were both enjoyable to have around. John Weber was the project manager and stopped by regularly to make sure the project was going well. Our home looks amazing and many have commented on the attention to detail and high quality finishes. They cut no corners and did amazing work. I would not hesitate to refer Hoffman Weber for any exterior work.

Keyth came out for a consultation for siding. We know nothing about siding and thought it might need to be replaced. Keith was very helpful, explained things to us and was very honest about what we needed or didn't need to replace. Also let us know about how long we have until we should replace the siding and that the siding would likely only hold one more layer of paint. When we do need to replace, we will defiantly use them.

We used Hoffman Weber to remove our original asbestos siding, reside our home, and install our new front door system. Every aspect of the process, from working with the salesman, to the project manager, to the crew themselves, went smoothly. Jason, the salesman, was not only prompt and responsive, but he was also very helpful in the design process. The project manager checked in on the crew and progress daily, and answered all of our questions. The crew was extremely efficient and diligent, cleaning up our yard every day to ensure there wasn't any debris in the grass or landscaping. In all, I would hire this company again for any outdoor remodeling needs.

HW replaced my roof after a hail storm. This isn't necessarily unusual and the work performed was as expected. What is unusual, representing amazing customer service, is the willingness for the team at HW to come out and address items that cropped well over a year following the installation. I chose Hoffman Weber to install new vinyl siding on my 2-story house for which I had received an insurance claim for damage. I am extremely satisfied and pleased with their work and the house looks great. Key to my satisfaction were Ryan Y*******, Sales Consultant and Tim L*******, Production Manager. They made a very good team. Ryan was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and patient in making the many choices needed to put the package together up front. Communication with Ryan was easy and prompt. Once the choices were made and project defined Ryan even worked directly with the insurance company on my behalf to make sure the measurements and calculations were correct so that the claim money was sufficient to do the job right. Some errors were found, and the insurance company agreed to pay the extra amount needed. Ryan then handed off to Tim for production management. Likewise, Tim was easy to communicate/text with and he was always accessable and responsive. Tim inspected the work as it was being done and would listen very carefully to any issues or concerns that I had. He would always resolve any issues until I was satisfied. He had good relationships with the workers to get things done and always made sure the job was done right and done to my satisfaction down to the smallest of details. He would then double check with me to make sure that I was satisfied. Tim was very focused and took ownership of customer satisfaction. The final product is proof of that.

From our first conversation with Joe Wire through the completion of our house project, Joe has gone above and beyond our expectations. Our house update went smoothly without any problems. First of all this project was a process that involved everyone being of the same page to get it done right and in a timely manner. From the sales rep. Alex Roeller to Project manager Craig told us that communication was always part of getting what was needed done. Craig was out long before the roofers to get a good idea of what was needed to get it right. I was sent expected delivery times of materials and when the project was to start from Amanda. Also Craig and HW communicated with the masonry contractor on a timeline to get that job done before HW came to install the new roof. It was like clock work with everyone doing what they needed to get the job complete. The roofers were great also. In fact cleaned up before they left, even with knowing they had to come back the next day to finish up. During those 2 days Craig was here to make sure it was going ok. When the job was finished he came to inspect. He had dumpster picked up the next day, as well as any left over materials that needed to be sent back. Alex was back a few days later to go over warranty of materials and labor. My son had a question that got answered at that time also.. Would I recommend HW to others?? I sure would!!!
