How does the Marketing Program work?

Invite friends to work with Hoffman Weber Construction on their roofing project and you will receive $250 when they sign with us.

How is the $250 paid?

Once your invitee's job has been approved for production, you will be mailed a $250 Visa Gift Card to the address provided on the form.

Do I have to fill out this form to receive credit for the marketing program?

Yes. In order for us to properly track your invites, you must fill out the form on this page for every contact you send our way.

Will my past invitations qualify?

Unfortunately, any invitations sent before July 15th, 2019 (the marketing program start date) will not qualify.

What if you already have their information, will it count?

Only clients whose information we originally received because you invited them are eligible. If we have been in contact with them prior to you inviting them, they will not be accounted for in your marketing program even if you fill out the form.

I invited someone already but didn't fill out the form. Will it count?

Only clients that were invited on or after July 15, 2019, are eligible, but you still must fill out this form with both of your information to count in your marketing program. Failure to do so before your invitee's job is approved will not count.

Is there a project minimum?

Yes. Your invitee must hire us for a minimum project cost of $5,000 for their first project with Hoffman Weber Construction. Repeat customers can not qualify for the marketing program.

Is there a limit to the number of referrals I can send?

No. There is no limit to the number of invites you can send and you will receive $250 for every invitee who hires us and meets all program requirements.

How can I track my marketing program?

We will notify you via email once your invitee's job has been approved for production and your $250 is being delivered.

Is this offer good in other Hoffman Weber Construction offices?
