Hoffman Weber Construction has received Guild Quality’s prestigious 2013 Guildmaster Award for excellence in service to storm damage, exterior remodeling, interior remodeling and commercial clients. The honor is reserved for Guild Quality member companies that were recommended by more than 90 percent of customers who were surveyed during 2012. On average only 70 percent of clients are likely to recommend contractors, so the Guildmaster recognition represents the best of the best.
Guild Quality Asks the Tough Questions
Guild Quality acknowledgement is considered the gold standard in customer satisfaction ratings because it surveys all of clients whose projects were completed during the year and asks questions specifically related to the construction experience.
Guild Quality surveyed 780 Hoffman Weber Construction clients and 503 responded. Here are the Hoffman Weber Construction’s approval scores:

What the Guildmaster Award means to Joe Hoffman
“We rely on the independent Guild Quality survey not only to demonstrate that we are serious about quality but to guide us to continuously improve our practices to be the very best we can be,” said President Joe Hoffman.
Hoffman also expressed his gratitude to customers for their strong participation in the quality survey. “Many of our clients are storm victims and yet they took time to take part in the survey.
